Quality

The hotels at Sercotelhoteles all meet with common quality standards that are developed and supervised by the chain. The main objective is to offer service based on quality and comfort, with new or totally renovated hotels that maintain an element of uniqueness.

The average yearly investment in maintaining and renovating the facilities is nearly 47 million euros.

The chain reinvests in training their employees in order to maintain quality levels. To do this, specific courses have been designed for the personnel at all establishments that allow actions relating to quality of service to be standardised, a concept that has become the identifying trait of our hotels.

'Sercotelhoteles' has 30 establishments that have received the Q certification for quality awarded by the Spanish Tourist Quality Institute (ICTE), which is only granted to those establishments that comply with and meet requirement levels contained in the Quality and Service Standards. Likewise, many of our hotels hold ISO 9000, 9001 and 9002 certification.
