The chain has its own offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Seville and Valencia, strategic points from which a network of over 14,100 rooms is managed. The current staff at all of the hotels is 4300 employees.
In the most recent years of operation, the turnover of the chain has undergone an average growth of 15%. 320 million euros of turnover is forecast for the year 2005. These growth expectations are based on the plan to complete its offering with hotels that can be adapted to its philosophy and characteristics.

The SNG allows the hotels in the chain to have an on-line presence at over
